My Neuvilette build is honestly pretty good for how early it is after his release as of writing this, and is a pretty standard 4pc Hunters. Would like to get a better Crit. Rate circlet for him along with a nicer Hydro goblet, but even now, he still Hydro Pumps like a champ. Currently running Fav Codex on him until the 4.1 event weapon comes out and I see how it feels on him. I kinda like that Fav Codex is constantly procs from him, both being a battery for himself and the rest of the team, but we'll see how things develop.
