My Kokomi build isn't super good, but I haven't gotten around to farming for Clam again. I could try to build her with TotM, but Clam lets me play her on-field if I want and is just fine if I'm only using her for Freeze. The healing circlet is kinda copium, and a lot of the other pieces aren't the greatest, but she works.
