Starting Gorou Build

My Gorou build is alright, he's on what I've seen to be the goto set for him, but its kinda hard for me to judge how good his artifacts are since they're 4 stars. I'd like his Crit. Rate to be a bit higher to more reliably proc Fav, but he still works fine enough as Itto's wingman
