My Diluc build is special to me because he and Yelan were my first two 5 star characters (I pulled him on standard right around the same time I got Yelan). He's built quite well for Vape/Reverse-Melt teams, and outside of maybe getting a better Crit. Rate circlet, I'm overall very happy with him.
